We now offer 3 appointment slots per hour on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to accomodate pre-booked appointments for those that don’t want to wait. All other days remain pure walk-ins. These appointments are not available to be booked on the same day. Patients must arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment so we can honour your place in the schedule. No show fees of $50 apply on your next visit.

Update: Dr. Heather Russell is an amazing doctor. I have never met a more informative and patient doctor in the decades I have been going to clinics in Ontario. She is very knowledgeable (on at least the topic of viral infections and respiratory issues) and took her time explaining to us the cause, the diagnosis, and our possible treatment options. She let us know that they likely won't help us but can still get them — I like to finally not be forced into NOT getting a prescription and having the liberty to CHOOSE. And guess what? Easily got my prescription filled at the same place for free 🤙🏾 thanks OHIP and thank you MSide Finch Medical Centre. -
Phenomenal, I have been in Canada for 7 years and have never seen a walk in clinic let alone actually a medical center so efficient. You can sign in and … More they would send you a message when it's your turn so if you would even take a chance and do errands quickly you could still get to see the doctor as they would send a text saying your turn is coming soon and you should return to the clinic. The receptionist is such a sweet and professional lady. She is always ready to help and I have always gotten a call back if I called and the line would be busy she would call back as soon as she's done. Let's get to Dr Russell Heather. Wow no words can describe her, she was so attentive to my whole family with my 2 and half year old and my 7 week old she took her time and I couldn't believe how amazingly she explained and checked us all and gave a prescription to my husband and I especially keeping in consideration that I was exclusively breastfeeding. Thank you so much to this walk in clinic and we need more people like the receptionist that's at this walk in and desperately need more Doctors like Dr Russell Heather. -
